What is ImageNPlay?

ImageNPlay is our kids/teens version of the ImageNPay app, aimed at those aged 8-18 years old. If you are 13+ and already have your own debit card you can use the ImageNPay app (and Apple and Google Pay) without needing to connect your card to your parents ImageNPay's card.

How does it work?

It works in the same way as the standard ImageNPay digital prepaid card, and can be a great tool to help young people manage their money and shop safely online. If your child is over 13 years old they can also use Apple Pay for contactless payments. Find out more about ImageNPlay here.

How is my child kept safe?

Prepaid cards are a safer way to shop online, as it keeps your child’s bank details hidden. You can find out more about that here. Our app can also only be used on age-appropriate websites.

Can I monitor where my child spends their money?

Within our app you can track your spending, ensuring that you keep to the budget you’ve uploaded onto your ImageNPay virtual prepaid card. If you have upgraded to ImageNPay+ you can access ImageNPay Family and add up to 3 other cards in your account, which allows you to monitor the transactions of these extra cards. Read more below.

What is ImageNPay Family?

ImageNPay Family is our kids/teens version of the ImageNPay app, aimed at those aged 8-18 years old. It allows parents to add up to three extra cards (£1.00 charge per card) to their ImageNPay+ account.

How do I access ImageNPay family?

Only users that have upgraded to ImageNPay+ can access ImageNPay Family. Once you have upgraded to ImageNPay+, go to the "My Card" page within your ImageNPay app and then click on the "Add Card" button in the top right corner. Can I monitor where my child spends their money?

You can view your child's transactions within your own ImageNPay app. Navigate to the "My Card" page and swipe between the different cards shown there. You can name these cards to make it easier to keep track. Your child can also request more money if they need. Head to our ImageNPay Family page to view the full range of features!
