FAQs
Do I need to have an ImageNPay card to enter?
No, you can enter the giveaway simply by following us on Instagram, downloading the app on iOS or Android and registering an account. However, if you want to boost your chances of winning, you can issue your ImageNPay card (a one-time £1 fee) and make a purchase using one of our Sonic-themed card designs for an additional entry. Don’t forget to include your phone number and email address when you sign up so we can verify your identity if you win! Full instructions can be found within the app, and further T&Cs can be found below.
How much does it cost?
Our competition is free to enter: as long as you have downloaded the app and signed up with your account details (and are following us on Instagram) you are automatically entered into the draw! However, if you choose to issue an ImageNPay card, there is a one-time £1 issuance fee and an ongoing monthly fee of £1.99 for maintaining your account. Issuing a card and making a purchase with your Sonic card design will earn you a bonus entry into the competition. There is no minimum spend required for the purchase. You can cancel your ImageNPay account at any time by contacting our Support team. Please note: if you cancel your account before the giveaway ends, your entries will be void and you will no longer be eligible for the competition.
I already have an ImageNPay account. Can I still enter?
Absolutely! Existing ImageNPay customers can enter the giveaway by following us on Instagram, downloading the latest version of the app (if needed) and selecting one of the Sonic-themed card designs. Once you’ve chosen your Sonic card, you’ll automatically be entered into the giveaway. To earn bonus entries, make a purchase using your Sonic card design - each transaction counts as one additional entry and there is no minimum spend required.
How will I find out if I've won?
Winners will be contacted via the email linked to their ImageNPay account and a follow-up text message. We’ll ask you to verify your Instagram handle and phone number to confirm eligibility.

This competition will close on 8th November 2024 and is open to UK residents aged 13 and over. Entry is free by downloading the ImageNPay app, creating an account and following @ImageNPay on Instagram. A one-time £1 card issuance fee applies if entrants choose to issue an ImageNPay card, with an ongoing monthly £1.99 fee for using the card. To earn bonus entries, entrants must make a purchase using the Sonic-themed card design (no minimum spend required). If an entrant cancels their ImageNPay account before the giveaway ends, their entries will be void, and they will no longer be eligible for the competition. 5 winners will be picked at random and contacted via email and text message.
